Track recorded order status

Follow the latest recorded start count, progress and remaining quantity from Orders. Status updates appear as they are received or determined, and support tickets link to the order they’re about.

What happens after you place an order

Order paths vary by provider response. The dashboard shows the latest recorded state, including operational review where confirmation is uncertain.

SubmittedYour order and its NGN charge are recorded. Status: Pending.

AcceptedThe provider accepts the order and records the start count.

DeliveringProgress and remaining quantity update as it runs. Status: In progress.

Completed or PartialFinished orders show Completed. If only part is delivered, it shows Partial and the rest returns to your wallet.

Refill, where offeredOn services with a refill period, request a refill from the order if the count drops.
